CNC programming
Job Responsibilities
1. Design fixtures based on product drawings and compile CNC processing programs;
2. Debug the program and guide the operator to verify it on the machine, and solve the program abnormality problems during the processing.
3. Conduct technical research on new processes and new equipment, and compile technical documents such as process cards and program manuals;
4. Assist the machining team in conducting process analysis and provide technical solutions for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical manufacturing, numerical control technology, mold design or related fields is preferred;
2. More than three years of experience in CNC programming for machining. Candidates with experience in the new energy vehicle parts industry are preferred.
3. Proficient in using CNC programming software (such as UG) and CAD software, and familiar with programming for three-axis and four-axis machines;
4. Familiar with German Henglun five-axis linkage equipment, Japanese Makino four-axis linkage, and Qiao Feng four-axis linkage series machining centers;
5. Be capable of ensuring personal safety, equipment safety, and adapting to a certain work intensity, with a good sense of responsibility and meticulous working attitude.
Three-coordinate inspection
Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for the measurement and calibration of products for newly developed projects, and check whether the measurement meets the requirements.
2. Be responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance and simple troubleshooting of the equipment to ensure measurement accuracy and stability.
3. Independently operate three-coordinate measuring machines (such as Hexagon and Zeiss), complete daily inspection tasks, analyze measurement data and output inspection reports;
4. Cooperate with the production department to conduct the first inspection, patrol inspection and final inspection, and promptly identify and report quality issues.
Job Requirements
1. Secondary vocational school degree or above;
2. More than 2 years of relevant working experience in three-coordinate programming operations, with a background in the automotive industry preferred;
3. Familiarity with the use of common measuring tools is required. Experience in operating Hexagon coordinate measuring machines and data analysis is preferred.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, and data sensitivity.
